The Autumn Equinox invites the energy to reflect on where we’ve been and where we would like to go. It's a time to release, renew, and partake in sacred rituals.

A Sanctuary for Release and Renewal
Hosted at NW Yoga Refuge. As the sun sets on the southern position of the medicine wheel and we step into the nurturing embrace of the West, we invite you to mark this sacred passage with us.
It's a time to acknowledge the changes that have moved through our lives and to honor the “what's” and “who's” no longer continuing along our journey.
This is an opportunity to enlist the divine help of Spirit by gathering, raising our voices in song and rhythm, and forging a connection with the energies of the land and each other.
