Use these mantras to bring ease and reveal new awareness as you step into your radiance. Though posed as questions, they are meant to be used as mantras—repeated aloud or silently. They help align you with new possibilities and usher in opportunity.

Deepening Your Awareness

JOURNALING.

After your session, take a moment to write down what you remember—what has come up for you, and any insights or realizations you’ve had. The experience is still fresh in your mind, and the emotions, synchronicities, and expanded perceptions—no matter how vivid they seem—can be difficult to recall later.

Journaling can also help process emotions, giving you an opportunity to express what’s coming up, making it easier to release. It anchors these moments, offering you a deeper understanding of your healing journey.

PRACTICAL INTEGRATION

  • Nature Walks: Go for a walk in nature or spend time under the sky to ground yourself.

  • Epsom Salt Bath: Take an Epsom salt bath or use a salt scrub in the shower to help clear away energetic residues.

  • Hydration: Drink extra water with electrolytes. High-frequency energy uses your body’s minerals, so you may be more dehydrated than usual.
