Creating Energetic Resilience



One of the things that was lacking in my life

FOR THE LONGEST TIME WAS ENERGETIC SOVEREIGNTY AND RESILIENCE. I OFTEN FELT COMPROMISED BY THE WORLD AROUND ME AND WAS COMPLETELY AT THE MERCY OF THE RAPIDLY CHANGING TIDES OF ENERGY I WAS SO SENTIVE TO.


During my shamanic training, it became evident that I was on a path of learning to harness my own personal power, anchoring myself in my core, and sharpening my ability to discern.


Recognizing that countless others shared feelings of disempowerment and a burning desire to acquire these invaluable tools, it struck me that many might be restricted by factors such as time and the unavailability of extended years of study or access to teachers. This realization inspired me to write this blog and share it with seekers like you, ultimately leading to the creation of a transformative platform like The Sacred Sovereignty Cours, where I guide you in mastering practical tools for energy mastery in the modern era.


In a world that frequently tugs us in countless directions, it's essential to possess the means to bring ourselves back together and recover a sense of peace.



Simple Steps to Getting Your Energy Back & Refilling With Your Vitality

So, whenever you're feeling drained or depleted, I invite you to try out the practice outlined for you below.


1. Start with a Calm Environment:

Play soothing music or sound healing to create a peaceful ambiance that allows you to focus on your breath.



2. Seek Divine Support:

Call upon your protecting helping spirits to create a safe and secure energetic space for you.



3. Locate Your Center:

Find what feels like the center point in your body. The heart chakra or just behind the navel is a common starting point.



4. Close Your Eyes and Reflect:

Shut your eyes and take a moment to contemplate where your energy has dispersed throughout the day, week, or even longer periods. We expend our energy in so many directions. Take note of all the places you've invested your energy—conversations, future deadlines, work projects, concerns for a friend, past situations, and even upcoming engagements. 



5. Visualize Strings:

Imagine that each of these endeavors has an energy line connecting to it, much like a cord tethered to a kite, floating out in the world [Because it is really like that!] Visualize or simply acknowledge that there are many such strings. Now, commence the process of calling them all back.




6. Calling Your Energy Back:

First, ask your protectors and guardians to do a little cleansing for you. Asking for all the returning energies to be rejuvenating to your soul. Now,  begin the process of pulling these strings, gently winding them back into your center point.



7. Replenishing: 

Visualize, know, or simply feel your energy filling up your heart-light or center point, radiating brightly and revitalizing you. You'll find yourself getting brighter and brighter!



8. Sustain the Practice:

Continue calling your energy back until you sense yourself becoming grounded, calm, and reunited with your center.
