I am fired up this morning!

From watching a video in the SPARK School (If you don’t’ know I am one of the mentors in SPARK School!)

It was a video with Jay Shetty on Impact Theory. And thought to echo some of what I heard that I totally agree with.

Jay asks "How can we make wisdom as viral as entertainment?"

I am curious what are your answers to this? (Please reply to this post.)

I love this idea… could be a mission, call to action! It's inspiring for me to think about...(visualize this)

People are on the edge of their seats listening to you, or me or Rachel O’Rourke, waiting, thirsty for the Ah-ha moment about themselves they know is coming.

In place of waiting to see if the good guy will win out the bad guy, they are holding their breath for the next big realization of their own greatness!!!! (Cheers!!! Applause!!!)

What if Ah-ha moments were the new high!?

Jay Shetty goes on to talk about a question he is most asked... "How do I find my passion?"

He defines Darma - "reason for being"

And goes on to identify four quadrants to finding your passion aka purpose. I will go into them in a moment.

First a short story - When I hired my first coach, Brenda Bryans, she asked me to write down on a sheet of paper (four quadrants) -

What I was good at.

What I loved.

What I could do.

And what I hated doing.

To be honest, my list of what I loved to do seemed so RIDICULOUS to me. No one was ever going to pay me money for that!!! I am was hopeless. I was never going to be needed in this society. (Ouch! But that is where I was, this is what I thought of myself.)

Today, I can tell you. I am paid for those things on that list!!!

Here are the four quadrants:

Good - What are you naturally good at? Do you know your skills, strength and own wisdom? If not, dive into this know of YOU. Find out. Take a Strength Finders test or a Brain Type test . (There are many more.)

Love - What do you LOVE to do? What fuels you as you are doing it? Endless energy can flow forth through doing what you love - because you are a conduit for something bigger than you. You are allowing Spirit, your higher self and your Soul to flow through you. This not only feels so good, but it allows you to bring out your brilliance as well as accomplish so much more than you ever thought possible.

Need - What does the world need? As my friend Laura Peña says "What breaks your heart? Go out and do something towards that!" There is a secret sauce in this. Notice, what you feel inspired to put out into the world... and then notice if people are saying "yes" to your offering. This is your clue, your compass. Because you are capable of so much creation! Do not get stuck on the one thing if it is not being received. Pivot, you have another amazing thing that wants to come through. There is a whole conversation here, that I will write about in a later blog, and what I invite you to take note of right now is that when you find the 2 parts: What you LOVE & What they NEED. You will have JOY and a life you are enthusiastic about living, as well as the aspect to business below...

Paid - Here is the foundation and the fountain of life that is a must to tap into!!!! We are not village healers or monks that are taken care of by our people. YOU MUST UNRAVEL and reprogram any beliefs or agreements that your soul or mind has made around this. You must free yourself from these old ways of being.

Simply because of the society, culture, and system that you are currently in... IS NOT TAKING CARE OF YOUR NEEDS ANYMORE. You must make, take and ask for money.

You must be paid. So that you can thrive and CONTINUE to do the work that your soul is guiding you to do. So that you can be the strength to lean on for your people.

Find out the HOW TO make money in your business. Read books, get a coach (like Rachel!!), get an unraveling/reprogramming session from me! You know the ways, so go now and start to figure them out!

You are worth all this! All of the above!!!

It is your birthright to step into your greatness.
